Hi faishlrani,

If you remove the touch IC and the phone turns on, it means you did not install it properly and it was causing a short. Or it is bad and also causing a short.

But if you remove it and the phone still doesn't turn on, then this would be because during repeated installation you overheated and killed the board or caused a short somewhere.

If you know how to, you must look for shorts or for evidence of overheating. Depending on what you find, you decide if it is worth it to try and fix or just throw it away.

I got short C331, C324, and C315

I think maybe causing is ic U15 short

I take off the IC U15

And I test with contiunity beep C331, C324, and C315 is not short

So I decide to take IC to others iPhone 5, and put to iPhone 5C.

After that still not turn on

I just hot 200C and Air level 6

Mm maybe U12 is problem to?

iPhone not turning ON, or touch not working?

If touch is still not working, may be yeah, U12. Or other short or missing power rail.

Did you properly reball U14/15?

iPhone not turn on when I take off the ic u12 and u15 ,

I has reball u12 and u15

If I take off the ic u12 and u15

is the iPhone can turn on or cant turn on?

by

If no other problem with your board, it should turn on but no touch.
