Why is my 2003 jetta engine light on?

What's the next known sensor problem? 2003 Jetta Engine light on after replacing heat sensor... thermostat working.... No visible or audible problems... Emissions fine.

Hi, Connect a scan tool to the obdII port and see what the error code is. Alternatively, I have read that AutoZone USA will check this for free.
