My laptop doesn't read the wifi device in it

Hello guys, I'm sorry for the lack of hardware information but I don't think it will help solving the problem,

I bought this HP laptop corei3 like 6 month ago the WiFi worked fine, But suddenly today the wifi stopped and I restarted my laptop just to find the PC not reading the WiFi,

For example in my PC and device settings ( On windows 8.1) only shows the Bluetooth connection and that's it doesn't show the WiFi and the WiFi button you click to get to the WiFi menu doesn't show up

I clicked on Window button + S (for search) and typed WiFi it only shows Change WiFi settings that only now shows:

Ethernet connected ( The Ethernet cable that I connected ) + VPN and add a VPN connection that is the only 2 options

The wifi icon on the bottom right hand is gone only the Monitor icon is showing

Everything that I use to change my WiFi settings are gone the whole WiFi Thing is gone The only link to WiFi is the WiFi settings that only shows Ethernet I tried to type ipconfig ( Hoping I know what I am doing) This is what I get:
