You can install a 1gb memory stick in your ram slot so you'll have 1.12Gb ram total cause there's 128 megs ram soldered to the logic board if you have the 800 mhz model. The 1/1.2 ghz 12" models have 256 megs ram integrated and the 1.33 12" and 1.42 14" have 512 megs integrated to logic board.
