What would cause Dell latitude 10 ST2 to not recognize batterys
My dell latitude 10 ST2 will not recognize battery. I had it in computer shop and they downloaded some bios and chiset that Dell said would fix the problem but did not work.Has had screen replaced and also motherboard replaced. I just wondered if something could be not connected to cause this issue?
