My phone got wet and now its not working

My Microsoft lumia 640 lte phone fell into water so i took it apart and let it dry for a few days but now all it does win i charge it is vibrate and bring up the microsoft logo and then repeats.

Khaled Elshazly "let it dry for a few days" is pretty much the same as doing nothing. At least you will have to clean all the components with 90%+ isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush. For a proper cleaning use this guide. It was written for an iPhone but all the points still apply to your phone as well. Once it is properly cleaned, you must replace the battery. That is not an option but a must. Only after you clean your phone can you do a proper trouble shooting. Remember that water damage is the hardest to diagnose and to repair since virtually any component my have failed due to being short circuited.
