ZTE warp sync stuck in recovery mode

My daughter was playing a game on my phone and next thing I know it's in recovery mode trying to download update from cache I tried rebooting didn't work ended up doing a factory reset and still nothing even if I remove the battery it goes straight back to recovery please help
