I got my glass & led screen repaired at your shop yesterday and I got my phone back today. The headphone jack was working perfectly fine before, but after the repair, they stopped working. Is there a reason why? Thanks.

It sounds like when they have lifted the screen they have damaged the headphone jack, which is common enough (although it hasn't happened to me in years)
Never fear, as I'm sure they have a warranty procedure for instances like this.
Give them a ring and be polite, ask them if they could take a second took at the device for you, and inform them that the headphone jack was working prior to the repair. They will likely realise their mistake and fix it for you.
