What is part called?

Dear members,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 phone. There is a part that I need to exchange. But I do not know what it is called.

It is the part that is shielding the charging port and it is a rubber thingy. Kindly view image on this link:

My questions is what it is called?

I think that is what is known as a charging port cover.
