Red light of the notification bar won't turn off

Peace up on you

I've Sony Xperia J ST26i mobile today it displayed a red light in the notification bar under the home button and it won't turn on .So,i thought that 's a software problem

I repaired it with sony pc companion and all the steps gone well, I unplugged it from the pc and trying to turn it ON but nothing new .It turn ON and the red light still displayed.

May you help me solving this problem please.
