Why backlight flashing after screen replacement? Can I fix it?

Hi to everyone, I changed my iPhone 4S screen, now backlight is flickering like crazy. Can I fix it? My damaged screen does not flicker when I pluged it. It is probably because of poor quality of new screen. I read lots of comments like "wait for 5-6 hours it flickering will be gone" will it? Or can I change backlight of the old screen with new screen? Thanks...

Poor quality third party screen.

Get another screen. :-)

Screen is the problem, probably the flat cable is broken. Replace the front panel.
