Cracked screen replacement doesn't come with home button

I ordered a screen replacement. The guide doesn't not reference the home button, so one would assume that the new part would have one. It doesn't.

iPad Air Wi-Fi Front Panel Assembly Replacement

It is possible to move the home button to the new part? If so, where is that documentation and why is it not mentioned in the guide above?

Answer this question I have this problem too

You must transfer the home button, flex, and bracket over to the new digitizer. I've never seen one come with these items included.

Depending where you buy the screen it may or may not have the home button installed. The screens I purchase come with the home button but I always remove those and transfer the original home button. When I do a iPad repair I always try to move all the original parts that I can in any repair. If your doing this repair make sure to take pictures of the home button ribbon and how it loops around and hooks into the motherboard. If you don't you will forget how that home button cable ran to the motherboard.
