Wont drain after washing cycle?

My washer will fill up with water,do the wash cycle but when it comes to drain it wont do anything?

it just clicks like it is going into the drain cycle until it flashes all red lights.

We've cleaned it just in case something was clogging it, and checked to see if it was plugged where it drains (and it's not)

now were at a stand still on what is wrong...
