Power supply or logic board? in iMac EMC 2389 21"

Hello, my iMac EMC 2389 is dead. The user is working with it and suddenly was extinguished and no longer able to turn on again with the power button.

Disassemble the display and note that none of the LEDs light up of diagnostic system.

Check the output voltages of the power supply and indicated the following:

Pin 1 and 12, 12 Volts.

Pin 1 and 3, 4 Volts.

Which damage it, the power supply or logic board?

I can also check the power of the wall and the supply voltage is 115 volts AC was verified.

I also check that the supply voltage reaches the power supply and this is correct.

As indicated in the initial question is capable of measuring the voltage on pins 12 and 3 which assumes that the power supply is connected to the wall.

Usually you will get at least #1 LED green even with a failed power supply. Check the wall plug for power first. The logic board does not come into play until it gets power and it appears it is not.
