I have replaced the charging port at my iPhone 6
During process you are putting the speaker away when you change it.
After everything is back in the same place again I can´t get away sound from my phone
Only when i put my earphones in.
What is the problem?
I tried to change into a brand new speaker but it won´t work

Your flex cable seems to be defective - There are 2 gold pads on that flex that your speaker sits on (assuming your referring to your loud speaker) make sure those are in contact with the pins - If they are in contact you either slightly tore copper traces in the cable or its a defect - Done repairs for years and ive seen this multiple times!

agree entirely, also cheap parts on ebay etc are generally faulty and best to avoid so may be the issue. used genuine ones from stripped phones are the best
yes your right my usb flex split a little bit by one of the gold pads and loud speaker didnt work when assembled , tried 2 different speakers no good but when i changed the usb flex cable it worked perfect again
Yes, this answer is perfect. Need to ensure if the speaker pins sits without disturbance on the copper pad of the charging /lightning connector assembly itself. This correction also solved issue of vibrator which was not working.
