How can I unlock it from one company to work with my tMobile SIM?

I got it in box at auction so don't know what company it was connected with.

Options

Sometimes phones have decals of the carriers name pasted some where. Otherwise, Google the S/N or any other numbers you find on the phone (inside battery compartment). Hopefully they will lead you to the carrier.

Even still the person who owned the phone before may still owe the carrier $$ so you'll need to pay it off before they will release it.

Hopefully you didn't pay much here as it maybe a lost cause ;-{
