hardware unlock iPhone 6 do I have to remove just baseband chip

hi I'm looking to unlock my iPhone by removing / replacing the base band chip

i need to know of its that simple or if there needs to be more chips replaced eat

will this unlock my iPhone ?

will this give it a new imei ?

will the nand flash be replaced ( if so not a problem ) i know how to read and replace expand memory on iPhone 6

You have to replace a lot of chips and rewrite S/N for the phone to be 100% functional. It does not make economical sense.

For some carriers in the world they do not offer unlock or cost 200 bucks

I just want to know if possible don't care about economical please help
