Both of my screens are white when I turn it on but I can still hear the noise it makes when I turn it on and I can still tap things but I can't see anything because my screens are both white. What should I do? I should also mention that I had it in my backpack and took it to school.

I've seen this happen to a few of my DS Lites I've been repairing. The LCD just starts to white out for some odd reason. With that, the "easiest" way to fix that is to replace it with another one from eBay (or other site). If you still have the DSi and would like to have it in working order again follow these guides, you will need some tools as well:
