speaker connected but no sound, Part Q28 damaged

I've opened the JBL Flip speaker and part no. Q28 is completely destroyed.

Can you help me on what component Q28 is and with what can I replace it with

Hi,

In electronics language 'Q' is usually the designation for a transistor. As to the type, unless you had a schematic diagram, a parts list or access to another identical speaker for comparison so that you could read the information written on the component itself, it would be nearly impossible to know what type of transistor it is. For it to be destroyed it would not be unusual for some other components associated with its' function to have also suffered damage as well, maybe not as obvious though. That would be found out if you knew what the transistor type was, installed it and found that it either worked or not or that you may have even destroyed your new replacement part.
