Dent in rear case

Any experience getting a dent out of the rear casing? Have a small dent I would like to get out. It is located on the rear case directly beside, maybe slightly behind the communications board on my 3G. I think I can get to it fairly easily, but curious what tool you might use to pop or push the dent back out?

I would take it apart, here's how: iPad 3G

and put it on a hard flat surface and burnish it from the back with a piece of smooth stainless steel. A small bar of steel works and I've used dental instruments for small jobs rubbing back and forth. Practice on something else first till you understand burnishing.
