Why doesn't my screen work?

I dropped my phone and the screen shattered, but it still worked. Then I had it replaced and ever since then my screen will not work. It turns on and receives messages but it won't react to me touching it.

Most likely they have fit a faulty screen. Return to your repairer and request that they rectify it with a good screen
