Black screen after installing ssd in the dvd slot

Hello, Yesterday I installed an ssd in the dvd slot using your guide but when I turned on my imac 21,5", I heard the dong and the hdd but the screen was totally black. I restarted the imac, re opened to see if some cables were not connected but everything was in place. I looked on google and did a PRAM reset with cmd-alt-p-r buttons but nothing, the screen is still black.. What can I do? Thank you

Did you damage the backlight cable?

Shine a flashlight at a sharp angle on the front of the display do you see a faint image of your desktop icons?
