Touch screen and buttons not working

have a problem with my N3DS. Its turn on normally but:

- there is no sound,

- touch screen is not working,

- buttons are not working,

It display everything normally but only thing that work is D pad.

I don’t drop it, or split water on it.

Please help me :)
