Hi,
To clarify. You do not get a picture on any TV channel, is this correct?
What is the source of your TV signal -antenna, HDMI, AV?
Have you tried pressing the TV button (#2) on the remote or pressing the Source button (#7) repeatedly until a picture is shown?

What is the full model number of the TV?
Can you view the TV menus on the screen OK?
Have you tried pressing the INPUT button a few times on the remote to check if you get the picture back?
Have you scanned for TV channels using the TV menu > setup?
The menu items come in clear but it just stays on mono.its on antenna. But stays on mono and when you search the channels on auto search no channels show upi pressed the resource button and the other buttons.if i could get it on digital channel it would come in
