USB Ports not working

None of the 3 usb Ports - 2 on the side and 1 in the back-are not working. Any Device like a USB Floppy Drive, USB Pen drive and USB External Hard Disk when connected to these ports are not recognised by Windows Explorer. Device manager says all the are "working properly" and "Best Device drivers are already installed".I have tried Search Find and Fix Problems with Devices" etc., CMD->Attrib -s-h-r etc.,No Use!Please help!

Hi, Have you tried connecting a USB device that has its' own 'power supply', e.g a mobile phone, a camera etc? This is to prove whether it is a power problem or a data problem.
