After updating my fb messenger & imo,i can not here voice from another side. fb messenger is solved after u downgrading by taking a lower version from other phone but imo doesn't work anymore even whatsapp. after few days later i updated fb messenger again and its working properly now but imo and whatsapp not.want to mention that i am using marshmallow on my phone.
Is this a good question?

This sounds like a problem with the software compatibility of the apps you have named, your best bet is probably to send in a bug report to every app that you are having issue with and possibly HTC. Until then you may have to use the older versions of the apps until a patch for your issue is released.
