wont turn on never been dropped or wet

my phone wont turn on never been dropped or wet got it new in box 6 day ago made 2 phone calls and 4 texts and then it died and never came back on again i have tried every thing what can i do

Hi k1d0,

If you have tried the following:

1. Removing, reinstalling the battery and then trying to start it.

2. Trying to start it with the charger connected and switched on.

3. Performing a factory reset using the hardware buttons, here is a link that shows how to do it.

and it still doesn't respond, I suggest that since it is only 6 days old that you contact the manufacturer's customer service section (or do what is says to do in the Warranty section of the User Guide that came with the phone) regarding a warranty claim for repair or replacement.
