First it can be fixed, first if you had the screen replaced the original home button was not transferred to the new screen giving you the error 53. On the iPhone 6 the home button is paired to the motherboard. Locate the original home button and error 53 will go away. If you know the home button was transferred to the new screen then try to replaced the flex cable that runs behind the metal plate the connect the home button to the motherboard. Third check the home button for damage. If the screen has never been replaced take to apple.
