Phone in bootloop will not recover: red screen during recovery-reboot

Options

The Iphone hangs on the Apple Screen, trying to recover the Iphone leads to an error message:

1.) Starting Iphone in DFU MOde / Connecting to Itunes

2.) Recover --> Recover and Update

3.) It extracts the software having finished, it prepares for recovery and reboots the phone

4.) Phone reboots but shows strange red screen after Apple Logo

5.) Itunes shows error message 4013 (Unknown Error) (After Waiting for Iphone for some time).

thanks for the links, already knew the first one.

So it might be a hardware issue. I'll have to check that.
