The phone rings, but the screen is completely dark. unresponsive

my iphone 4 is completely dark. It rings but I can not answer it because it does not espond to touches. I can use my car to make calls and receive calls, but I do not live in my car! what is wrong? also the home button quit working.

Options

Sounds like you need a new lcd. If you can still receive calls or notifications those are good signs your phone can still be repaired.
