Computer has power and screen is still black?
My computer is on, the keyboard is lit up, and it made noises that sounded like it was booting up, but the screen is just black.

The most likely issue is that your laptop has faulty LEDs so the screen will need to be replaced. To diagnose other possible issues visit the HP Spectre 13-3010dx Troubleshooting Page page or view the Screen Replacement Guide to replace the screen.
