Would a new motherboad came with Android already installed?

I have a Moto G 2014 and it hard bricked after a fall, if I replaced the motherboard, would I need to install android on it, or it comes with it already installed? If it doesn't come,is there a tutorial on how to do it?

it really depends how the onboard memory is allocated. If its hardwired into the MB then yes, most likely an os will be installed.
