it stopped working at all

My samsung note2, does not work since yesterday it only shows the screen which says samsung galaxy note 2.

i tried almost everything, i took the battery out and then put it again and i followed this way

. Turn of your phone (power down etc.)

Wait for 20 seconds

. Turn your phone back on and then press and hold the up + down volume button

. Hold for at least 30 to 40 seconds

. If this worked for your phone you should see a blue screen after 40 seconds or so

. Select the option to "Reset" (or hard reset) your phone

. After resetting you should see the logo of your phone

. Leave the phone for 5 minutes or so, because it's busy resetting

. If this worked the phone will start and you will see your home screen "

but it did not work still, what can i do?
