iFixit does sell motherboards. However, you may first want to try and clean your current motherboard with 90% isopropyl alcohol. Determine if maybe you just need a new battery, or possibly a lighting dock, or display assembly. There aren't any guarantees with water damage, but often enough, if you clean and replace the problem parts. The device can be salvaged
