iPhone 6 Plus battery screws

For the life of me I can't unscrew the two #00 screws holding the battery in. The others came out super easy...anyone have this problem? I'm using the screwdriver included in the kit. I think they are stripped, but what's weird is that they never budged at all, unlike the other ones that came out right away.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Well, got the screws out, but two of the adhesive strips snapped and I have no hair dryer. Sigh.

Well, got the battery replaced, but now my screen is a garbled mess. Sigh. This is getting comical. I've reattached the display several times.

Dang that sucks, check the screen connectors and you might want to get a micro fiber cleaning cloth and try cleaning them with alcohol.

The drivers that come with the tool kit are cheap and crappy. You will need to press down with quite some force, as it doesn't always come out as easy. If a screw is stripped, the (+) plus pattern will be more like a circle in the middle. You might have to either use superglue to bond to the metal with your screw driver.

If you stripped the screws try applying a very small drop of supper glue on the top of the screw, hold the screw driver down on the top of the screw as the glue drys.

Another trick is to use a rubber band, put the rubber band on top of the screw head. Then push the screw drive down into the rubber band and try to turn the screw out.
