A5 No sound at all

I never touch the volume or any option about sound, but suddenly it has no sound, i've tried some solution on the internet and nothing work,a page told me to reset the phone, but thats not my phone, and theres no guarantee by reset the phone, the problem will be solve, please someone help me

i have done everything, every step to solve it..it just stopped working for no reason.i did not touch or do anything, it just stopped.. please help..i have a samsung android cell phone..it has to be a simple solution, this is a work phone. this is crucial..im ready to go somewhere else, im getting no help.....thank you.

Have you checked that your phone is not is 'silent mode'?
