Is late2013's 802.11ac airport card fully compatible with early2013?
I have a 802.11ac WI-FI, and I'd like to use torrent faster.

Well yes & no here :-(
Yes you can upgrade your AirPort card to a Broadcom BCM94360CS2AX.
But you will find the amount of gain will be limited as the antennas in your system are not matched and the Internet connection you have will also limit you. If on the other hand you had a local server you are more likely notice faster access to it.
