Quesadilla Makers heat has slowed down.

My Quesadilla Maker takes twice as long to heat up and finish cooking the quesadilla than it used to. As well, the cheese and beans that spill out stick more to the inside than they used to. My question is, is it possible to get it to heat up and cook as quickly as it used to and can I reapply something to bring back the "No-Stick"?

Here's a link to the one we have:

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

How old is it and how dirty? Is there a temperature control knob on it or the cord? Is the interior surface scratched?

It's about 2 years old. No knob, it just starts up when you plug it in. Used to take 5mins to cook now it take 10-15mins. No scratches that would effect the performance.
