How can I fix "No Service" after battery/screen repair?

Two days ago I fixed the screen and battery of my iphone 5, but when I've turned it on there was no signal/service. I've tried:

- hard reset

- airplane mode

- change SIM card (and use mine in other iphone 5. And the SIM card is working)

- change the date and time

- reset dfu

- reset network settings

- reset all settings

- disconnect and reconnect the gsm antenna

- reconnect the old battery and screen

Apparently I didn't damage anything (at least is not visible). What can I do?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

You either damaged the sim card reader or damage something motherboard wise.

Looks like you tried all the standard things. I can't imagine how that happened with only a screen and battery replacement.

How did you remove the battery?

The regular way (like this: How to replace your iPhone 5 battery). The battery pin is ok, the other functions are working just fine (wifi, gps). I really don't know what's happening! The IMEI number is appearing and also the carrier. Is there any chance the GSM antenna died?

If you pry in just the right spot you can damage the board easily.

It's rare that the antenna died tbh, you can always try to replace it.

Ususally No service indicates...

- Issue with carrier/service plan

- Sim reader issue

- Bad IMEI/Blocked

Open the phone, and remove the sim card. Make sure the 6 gold pins that read the card are there.

Yes! They are. I didnt pry it near the sim card.

Is there any chance the carrier blocked my IMEI while I was repairing the phone?

by

Make sure by logging in to your account. Make sure you paid etc.

Is a prepaid account from Brazil... I discovered there is nothing wrong with IMEI neither the plan. I'm running out of ideas...
