iPhone 5c wi-fi antenna replacement issues

I replaced the WiFi antenna but it doesnt work. Do I need to insert all screws/brackets in order to get the WiFi antenna working properly?

It did Work unil I inserted all screws back in and then the WiFi was greyed out again.. I tried it with multiple WiFi antenna's and tried to restore the device but nothing works. Well; sometimes it does but it greys out again..

Suggestions?

Greyed out wifi switch indicates wifi chip problem, not antenna.
