As a senior, I can hardly see the small screws. They stick to the Phillips screwdriver and won't come off the magnetized top. It was easy to take apart, but I can't put it together. What can I do?

Yes it's a bummer getting old :-(
I use both a magnetized screw driver or dental wax to hold the screws to the screwdriver. You may want to get a desktop magnifier to help you see the tiny parts as well.
