Hi
Got an iPhone 6 plus that have a black vertical line over the display. It goes from the home button and up. Its less than 1 millimeter wide.
If I restart the phone, the line disappear for a while and then it appears again, on the same spot.
The phone has never been fixed on or opened. Not any damage either (like fall, water damage)
Anyone know that this is? What causes the black line

Did you buy it used or new?
Sometimes if the connector for the lcd starts coming loose, black lines will form. You might want to open it up if you can and disconnect and reconnect the lcd connectors.
Only attempt if your warranty is up. If you've still got warranty then yell at Apple to help.
