iPhone 6, why won't turn on after home button replacement

Today i replaced the home button and cable on an iPhone 6 actually the problem was home button was unresponsive only. Now fitting the new cable to the phone i found i couldn't get the phone to turn on and only disconnecting and reconnecting the battery after refitting the original cable got the phone is still unresponsive.

I run out of ideas, any suggestions from you wise people?

thanks in advance

You cannot replace the home button on the iPhone 6. Restoring will lead the phone being completely useless.

If you still have the old home button, reinstall it. Try replacing the extension cable that goes behind the metal backplate instead.

Did you detach the battery connector before repairing?

I don't detach the battery connector before repairing

Well if the phone turned on during the repair, connecting connectors would short the components themselves. You might have shorted your home button or a components on the phone itself.

Rahul,

Did you connect your iPhone to iTunes? If so, you may have triggered Error 53.

You can replace the iphone 6 home button and cable without it being a problem( Its possible to replace the 6s also but if you replace the button you lose fingerprint control)
