BAD ESN, what are they saying
I see iphones advertised on the internet their only problem is "BAD ESN", is that an indication the phone is stolen?

Someone was delinquent on their bill. So the phone company made the phone inoperable, as a cellular telecommunication device

No, the phone wont activate if its stolen. you can replace the logic board but then youre in the phone $130 to $500 depending on what size of storage you get on the logic board.
