Just got a new Blu Life One X and can't set a ringtone other than the ones pre-loaded on the phone. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several different apps and nothing works.
Is this a good question?

I have a Blu grand 5.5 HD and am unable to add a custom ringtone

I have BLU r1 HD
i tried this and it works 100%
go to your ringtone, delete the extension "Mp3" type the extension "ogg" instead
and it is installed on your device now

I have a Blu Life One. I connected it to computer and when prompted I clicked on the open to see files. I located the music file on cell phone, and from my music on the computer I dragged and dropped my song in the phone's music file. I disconnected the phone, went to ring tones on it, and there is my song with the other ring tones. click on it to select as a ring tone.

I just got the blu V70, there are 4 ringtones that are so awful I keep the ringer off, I can't seem to add any ringtones, I download and can't use them, I am about to return the phone, missing my old samsung 6,it was so easy! Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong?
