Purchaced Screen Replacement kept flashing, and now won't work?

I have just bought a screen replacement just on 2/3/2016 and had it sent in the mail to me in Next Day shipping.

Before putting all of the parts, the Camera, Home button, and Other buttons back in, I wanted to make sure the new screen would work.

So pushing in the two display ribbons and trying to wake the device, no luck. Went ahead and slightly moved the phone, and the display flashed the lockscreen. Wiggled the big black rectangle, and the screen would flash if it was in the position when it was shipped to me, and turn off when I bent it to be flush with the display..

Who would I contact to get an exchange? I'm willing to pay for another screen, and send this one back to do an exchange chargeback.

My previous cracked screen still works when I put the two ribbons from that screen back on, the touch and screen works full brightness, but my new screen is now just a black screen.

I'm guessing you got this from ifixit? We don't work for ifixit, we just volunteers that help on our own time. If you purchased a display from ifixit, and feel you've purchased a faulty display, ifixit will more than likely exchange yours for a working one.

Yes, I've got the part from iFixit itself. Thanks for the link, I'll send a message.
