Is your TV connected wireless or by Ethernet cable. check the setting in how the TV was set up to connect to the network. Has your TV ever worked or is this a first attempt to connect to the internet . Is it new or has it been connected to another network.if its been connected elsewhere it will need to have the old setup reset to default before you can connect to a different network. Just some things to check Hope this helps
