No power - Makes a popping sound - Fails to turn on.

My 3DS XL has remained a lot of time in the rain

I wiped it then dried it with rice for two days, then disassembled it to dry and clean it. When I try to power it on, the blue LED light comes on for 3 seconds or so and turns off and makes a popping noise.

Help me.
