Where can I buy or what can I use to replace spongy o ring in the brew head??

Yes that's the one. I have good news since I asked the question. I got one off a broken Quasinart kcup machine and while its a bit diff it worked perfectly!!! I am sure you can order from them I hope this helps others because I saw a lot of post from people with the same question.
