Changed my Sim and Display got faulty. Any Solutions?

Changed my Sim Card from the network provider. The Sim Card wasnt activated and my phone started crashing (rebooting automatically), after a couple of re boots the screen started malfunctioning (lights blinking).

Screen went back to normal after I asked my network provider to activate my sim card, currently my screen at times show fawn mirror images of iphone screens i.e main page screen mirrored fawn image during my text or main page activity.

Need help.
